ISC vs. F.C. Lansing: 6-1 (2-1)

This is one of those games that makes you smile. Polonia started with nine players and was missing most of the core players including Paul, Marius, Minas and Adrian. Tommy joined the team at the beginning of 2nd half but, by then, the outcome was already decided.

F.C. Lansing is not an easy team to play against. They are physical and aggressive. They want to beat you. Polonia lost an early goal but that was all that it conceded. With Mike in the goal, also playing as the last defender, and Razvan powering the midfield, Polonia played Lansing out of the field. Polonia was defending wisely, effectively using offside traps and distributing the ball with great care. Defensively, it was probably the best game of the season. The rest was decided by killer counterattacks. It was reminiscent of beating Pumas in Spring of 2007.
